Dear all, I'm writing an article for a Springer journal and am trying to generate a Bibtex bibliography using the 'spbasic.bst' style, which I have installed (correctly, it seems, as it can be found by LyX. However, I get (?)s instead of citations when I compile and LyX does not produce a reference list.

What could be wrong? It works perfectly if I use a different citation style, such as apalike. Let me know if you need any code. It's getting urgent, the article is finished and I want to submit, but I just can't get the citations right Thank you!
