Jeff was on vacation but I heard from him and he confirmed that the link Daniel gave you was the correct one. I followed the link and there is a link on that page that says Downloads. Its right below the section offering to buy the ebook. Click that link and you can download the companion files.

Not sure how you missed that. Note: If you want the ebook you will have to pay for it. But what you asked for was the contents of the CD that comes with the printed book.
